Two services, one standard, one phone number
YPA Services is run by Yoandry Pelegrino De Armas, and it started the way most good local businesses do — one yard at a time, with a truck, a mower, and neighbors who kept calling back. The landscaping side grew into what it is now: design and installation, weekly lawn care, cleanups, mulching, planting, and shrub work across Houston and the towns around it.
The party rentals came from the customers. People kept asking whether we could clean up the yard before a birthday, a graduation, or a quinceañera, and then whether we knew anyone with tables and chairs. Eventually the honest answer was to do that part too. Now the same crew that cuts your grass on Thursday can set your tent and seating on Saturday.
We work in English and Spanish, we quote in writing before we start, and we haul away everything we bring in or cut down. Landscaping runs Monday through Saturday; rentals are available around the clock, because parties don't schedule themselves during business hours.
